Dr. Tim’s Weight Loss Tip #8: Fats aren’t all bad!

If you want to lose fat, then you need to eat more fat. That sounds contrary, but it will work if you take in more of the good fats -liquid fats (olive oil, or nut oils). For example, oil salad dressings have less calories than the carb loaded dressing, and nuts are a much healthier crunchy snack than chips and crackers.
